I've wanted to learn how to do real cake decorating for a long time. Sugar Baby is interested in learning, too. So, a couple of days ago, I looked online for tutorials showing how to make icing roses. I made a batch of buttercream icing & we whipped out a tray full of roses, blobs, roses and more blobs. A couple of the other ducklings tried their hand at making icing roses, too. We were all surprised to find how much hand and forearm strength was needed to make these pretty little creations. Or maybe my icing was too thick?
OOoh, they look great! Good job Mama Duck & Ducklings! Auntie hasnt quite grasped the concept yet!
