Contraptions like these were invented as a way to torture us worry-wart mothers.
Daddy Duck brought two and a half of them (one has no engine) home a few days ago & the ducklings have had a blast!
Superhero had an interesting racing outfit.

Queenie was upset because Superhero was sitting on what she had labeled "the girl go-cart."
Yikes! They're off!
But not for long. Daddy Duck spent a lot of time fixing chains, clutches, sprockets, etc... Monkey Man is becoming quite adept at getting the go-gart running again as well. Buying used stuff not only saves money, but can be a learning experience as well;)
It's all part of home education. :)
Superhero has been picking blackberries in our woods and stockpiling them in the freezer. I promised him we'd make a cobbler when he picked a bagful. He did, and we had cobbler for dessert yesterday. Mmmm!
Monkey Man went crabbing recently & came home with about 3 dozen of them. They were so delicious!
It was fun gathering around the table picking the crabmeat. 
There were still quite a few crabs left, so Daddy Duck and I stayed up late Sunday night, picking the meat. We all had crabcakes for dinner the next day & they were soooo good.
