A couple of days ago, Mr. C and I were outside hanging Christmas lights around our front door. Suddenly, we heard a noise - like there was a critter walking around in the tiny attic of our porch. We could see and hear the bending and creaking of the vinyl ceiling above us. I thought maybe there there was a squirrel or bird in there.
Mr. C peeked up at the front edge of the roof. 
This is what he found:
Crazy Cooter! We thought he was trapped, because the part where he was squeezing his head out of was very small. And Cooter's body is pretty big.
We went searching for the drill to open the attic inside the house, thinking maybe we could get to him.
Two minutes later, Cooter scurried to the other end of the porch (still inside the roof) and shinnied down the gutter like it was nothing.
laughing out loud! We have an orange cat, and we find him often up on the roof!
